2026 Grant County Sheriff’s Race: Candidate Interviews
Unedited interviews, full audio, and the same 22 questions so you can hear directly from each candidate and decide for yourself.
As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen local communication across the 98848, we sat down with all three candidates in the 2026 Grant County Sheriff’s race for in-person interviews. Each candidate was asked the exact same 22 questions, in the same order, with no access to each other’s responses.
What you’ll find here is not a summary or a filtered story, but a direct look at each candidate in their own words—full transcripts, complete audio, and the same set of questions for each.
Our goal is simple: give the people of Grant County, especially those here in the 98848 and the surrounding communities, a clear and consistent way to hear from the men asking to serve as Sheriff so you can make your own informed decision.
The protocol we used to make sure we stayed fair and impartial in this process.
